Jeff Moonitz, Sa Bom Nim, is a Charter Member of the U.S. Soo Bahk Do Moo Duk Kwan Federation and was on the first board of directors for the Federation in 1975. Moonitz Sa Bom Nim was also the founding member of Region 8, and he was appointed to the Technical Advisory Committee – Shim Gong Bu in 1999.
On July 30, 2005 Kwan Jang Nim reorganized the TAC and created the Hu Kyun In, Senior Members given the task of “Looking After” the continued growth and development of the art and the U.S. Federation as a Moo Do organization.
