Welcome to the Region 8 Soo Bahk Do Website. Region 8 is a member of the U.S. Soo Bahk Do Moo Duk Kwan Federation and is the administrative body for Montana, Idaho, Wyoming, Utah, Colorado, Arizona, and New Mexico.
We train in the art of Soo Bahk Do. Soo Bahk is known as the oldest Korean martial art recorded. Because of its long history, Soo Bahk Do has become extremely versatile and demands mastery of the whole Body with techniques ranging from quick and spontaneous movements to slow graceful flowing movements.
