6:00 – 6:45 p.m. Sa Bom Candidate class for Adult Red belts and above
7:00 p.m. Testing Board dinner & meeting
 
4-24-26 FRIDAY – Pre-Evaluation & Clinics
1:00 – 4:00 p.m. Candidates Pre-Evaluation
2:30 – 4:00 p.m. Dan Hyung Training (Youth Leadership Dan members included)
4:30 – 5:30 p.m. Studio Owners Meeting
6:00 – 7:30 p.m. Dan & Gup Adult Clinics (Dans and Adult Gup)
 

4-25-26  SATURDAY – Testing, Tournament & Banquet
8:00 – 8:45 a.m. Neh Gung Clinic (breathing exercises/Chi Gung) non-members & family are welcome and must sign the Region 8 Event Waiver on site
9:00 – 10:00 a.m. Candidate Preparation & Youth Leadership Training (Concurrent)
10:30 AM – 12:30 p.m. Dan Shim Sa Examination
12:30 – 1:30 p.m. Lunch Break
1:30 – 4:00 p.m. (Approx.) Tournament Competition
Divisions Include:
• Forms
• Sparring
• Breaking (Nationals-style kicking rules)
 7:00 PM Evening Banquet

 

Pricing

*Testing Candidates do not need to register for the Dan clinic (current Dans only), but will need to order for the banquet, T-shirt and poster.

  • $50 Adult Gup/Dan/KDJ Friday clinics (includes Dan Hyung training) 
  • $50 Youth Leadership (10-25 years Red belts & Dans) may attend Dan Hyung training, Adult Gup or the Dan clinics Friday night and the Saturday morning Youth Leader training
  • $75 Flat Fee for all attending the Saturday Youth Tournament (3 Divisions) for ages 16 and under 
    • $65 each for second & third members of the same family attending only tournament
  • $100 for Youth Leadership members (10-25 years) – includes all rank specific seminars and tournament participation
    • $90 each for second & third family members attending both Youth Leadership seminars and tournament
