Dan Candidate Workout
This afternoon session is only open to Testing Candidates and is officially the start of the test. During this time, the format of the test will be given and opportunities to practice and acquire proper group harmony. This is a mandatory attendance class for the candidates. Dan Hyung Seminar
All Dan members are invited to participate. This is a time where dan members are able to practice dan-level hyung and ensure proper standardization. Our Regional Examiners generally teach this seminar. Instructors: TAC
Instructor Training Seminar
This class is open to Sa Bom, Kyo Sa, and Jo Kyo members who are either instructors at their schools or frequent assistants. We will discuss the new Soo Bahk Do Institute website, how online videos can enhance personal training and act as supplemental aids to your teaching, and how to act as an affiliate. Instructor: Brian Corrales, Sa Bom.
Dan Seminar
The Dan Seminar is for You Dan Ja and Ko Dan Ja members only. Jeff Griggs, Sa Bom and Jennifer Gibbons, Sa Bom will be teaching the dan seminar and will focus on the last 5 Sam Soo Sik Dae Ryun exercises created by Kwan Jang Nim. Instructor: Jeff Griggs, Sa Bom and Jennifer Gibbons, Sa Bom.

Neh Gong Seminar
This morning class will teach the internal aspects of our art. Oliver Whitcomb, Sa Bom will teach breathing, stretching, and conditioning exercises used in his “Wounded Warriors” program–a nationally recognized program for wounded war veterans during their rehabilitation process. Instructor: Oliver Whitcomb, Sa Bom.
All Rank Seminar
The Saturday seminars will be broken up into 2 distinct classes: Adults and Children under 12 and under. The adult seminar will be taught by Brian Corrales, Sa Bom. The topic will be forthcoming. The Children Seminar will be taught by Oliver Whitcomb, Sa Bom with a topic also forthcoming. Instructors: Oliver Whitcomb, Sa Bom and Brian Corrales, Sa Bom.
130th Dan Classing Potential Candidate Workout
Anyone who would like to test during the 130th Dan Classings in October 2012 needs to attend this class with Griggs, Sa Bom Nim (Our TAC Representative). This will be a pre-evaluation where you will receive constructive feedback on how you can best prepare for your next promotion. Instructor: Jeff Griggs, Sa Bom.
NEW! Regional Examiner Help Seminar
This one-hour seminar will be tailored to the individual and collective needs of the membership. As a part of the registration process, you will be asked to state areas you wish to improve. From the list of responses, the Regional Examiners will create a seminar tailored to the majority of responders. Seminar may be broken up into various segments. You must submit a proposed topic to qualify to participate. Instructors: Regional Examiners
PVT Meeting
This 15-30 minute meeting discusses the PVT goals of our region. Each dojang is required to have one representative to report on PVT activities.

Dan Classing Championship
The Dan Classing Championships is the main event of the weekend where the testing candidates will test in front of the Examination Board. This is open to the public.
